Welcome to the online community for Manatron customers and software users! This website reflects Manatron’s efforts to make your experience using our solutions as convenient and comprehensive as possible. The Customer Connexion is a place to communicate and interact with other Manatron users; download patches, releases and hot fixes; view information regarding User Group meetings and events; share documents, ideas, best practices, etc.; keep up-to-date with Manatron news; see answers to frequently asked questions; submit questions, suggestions, and issues to Manatron support; and much more. 
 
This site is exclusively for the use of Manatron’s customers. If you are a current customer but are not already a registered site user, simply click on the "Register" button at the top right of the page or on the left-hand panel. You will be required to fill out and submit a registration form, which will then be approved by the website administrator. Once approved, you will receive an email with authorization to enter the site. Please use your work email address when you register, or if you cannot do so, please email telling us what jurisdiction you are associated with and include an explanation of why you cannot use that email. 
 
The development of the Customer Connexion site is an ongoing process and we will be adding new features frequently. Screen Resolution:  1366 x 768 vs. 1024 x 768

Statistics are showing that the standard for screen resolution is moving in a new direction.  What was once considered the most common, users of 1024 x 768 pixels are now making way for a new norm, the higher resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

 Go to http://connexion.manatron.com and click on the register link below the login. Fill in all of the required information designated by a red arrow and click on register at the bottom of the page.

 

 

An email will be sent once your account is activated. Please note, authorization could take several days. If you would like to speed up the process, notify your Manatron representative that you have registered and need authorization.

 

Click on the forgot password link under the login of the homepage. Enter either your username or the email address used during registration and click on send password. If you do not receive an email with your login information within 10 minutes, email connexion.support@manatron.com.

 

 After you log in, click on your user name in the upper right corner of the webpage.

 

 

Select "edit profile".

 

 

Next select "manage password" and click on change password once complete.

 

 

 

The downloads section provides access to product releases/patches and can only be obtained via approval from a Manatron representative. Once your request has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent.

 

 From the product page, select the downloads tab in the first content pane. Next, click on downloads.

 

 

 ProVal users are the only exception. They will NOT see the words download after selecting the downloads tab. Instead they will need to click ProVal and then select the  desired release.

 

 

In order to gain access to the technical documentation (ERDs and schemas) you must first submit a Nondisclosure Agreement. This can be located by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the screen, hovering over your product page and then selecting Technical Resources to the right. Fill out the appropriate information and click submit. Once your Manatron representative provides their approval an email will be sent confirming your three month access.

 

 

Resubmit the Nondisclosure Agreement. Once your Manatron representative approves the renewal, an email will be sent confirming your three month access.

 

The password can be found directly above the list of documents.

 

 

 From the Support Center you may view closed and open cases that you or even someone else in your office submitted. The default is my cases. Use the drop down arrow to select my office cases.

 

 

Closed cases will show up in the Status column as resolved. Open cases will have a status of active. Clicking on the word Status will allow you to sort them.

 

You may also create a new case by going to the "Create Case" tab. Complete all necessary fields and then click on create to submit the case. Note you may also attach files by clicking on select and browsing your computer for the appropriate document.

 

 

Click on the forum that you would like to subscribe to and check the box  at the top that says "click to subscribe to this forum". 

 

 

In the browser you are working with, add http://connexion.manatron.com to your trusted sites.
